It’s simple! We are a property management company at the core. We rent out Rv’s on behalf of the owners. Owners give us possession of their RV’s and we take it from there.

We are your support team. We work for you! We provide all the proven systems and processes. We have all the software, forms, strategies, marketing tools and materials to help you run a successful business. We can also handle your marketing, inquiries, quotes and more for an additional fee.
Your Part
As a franchise owner, your role is to be the boots on the ground for your territory. We show you how to train your team to handle daily operations such as Rv walkthrough’s, cleanings, deliveries and prospecting for Rv’s to place into your fleet.

Next, we send you a copy of the Fireside RV Rental Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your review. You will have 14 days to review the document.
Pay Startup Fee.
After the FDD review, it’s time to pay the piper! Don’t worry we have a very low startup fee and offer in house financing as well.
