The Dog Stop Franchising, LLC offers an excellent opportunity to help you achieve your goals and become part of the multi-billion dollar pet care industry, with a franchisor who is there to support and guide you every step of the way.

We are full service dog care centers featuring day care, boarding, obedience training, grooming, in-home services and a retail store. Our stores separate dogs by size and every playroom is supervised at all times. We have large indoor playrooms in all facilities and secured outside areas in most. We feature very comfortable sized kennels for boarding. The total investment to open a store is significantly less than the industry average with the average store costing less than $250,000. Our facilities are clean, safe and fun for all our dog guests. 

Training

A 2-3 week session in stores and classroom, supported by comprehensive manuals that include: daily operations, employee administration, financial administration, marketing, customer service, design/construction and our Pet Care Management (POS) System. There are checklists and forms for all. Of course, we also have detailed training sessions and manuals on How to Handle and Care for Dogs. Owners can spend additional time in our affiliate stores before and/or after the formal sessions, if desired.

Qualifications

Net worth of at least $150K, with access to additional capital needed to build and operate the store, willingness to follow a proven system as a member of our franchise, passion for dogs and desire to own your own business and be your own boss. We are looking for both single and multiple store operators and carve out a protected territory based on owners goals for expansion. We do expect each franchise owner to prove their abilities and understanding of concept before opening additional stores.

Previous pet or dog service experience is NOT required. Our dedicated team will train you and be there to support you on an ongoing basis. Help is never more than a phone call or email away.
