From the first day you sign your franchise agreement, we begin training you. All new owners must attend our 5 day training program in Salt Lake City or Indianapolis--which will include operating a location and fine tuning the skills taught in our classroom. This training is required for owners and managers, and may include other employees if they are available. We offer on-site training after opening that may need to include stylist and management specialists.
Included with the training class are several operations manuals that can be used at your salon for continuing and updated training that may be required in the future.
